St. Charles, MO, 11/21/2012 — Christmas has come early for National Cart Co. with the purchase of a new Amada EMK3610NT turret punch press. The new machine adds to the impressive line of state of the art technology in National Carts St. Charles facility, all used in support of manufacturing fixtures and material handling equipment.
The Amada comes with twin AC servo direct drives, which eliminate the need for complex hydraulics or oil cooling chillers. This technology reduces potential maintenance which ensures that products can be delivered to customers on time and of the highest quality. The machine is also equipped with a 58-station triple track King Turret that includes two 4-1/2” and two 1-1/4” auto index stations that allow 830 hits per minute and a punching accuracy of +/-0.0004”.
The 2012 Amada Turret Press is Amada’s third generation drive system with the best in performance, reliability, and lowering operating costs; all of which can be transcended to directly benefit National Cart’s customers with products that are Safer, Better, and Faster. Other machinery at National Cart includes turret punch presses, Trump lasers, and multiple C&C break presses.
